I haven't thought about nanotechnology and its dangers since reading Michael Crichton's "Prey." The possibility that particles may be penetrating our skin barrier to get into tissues is scarey. Skincare makers have always sought ingredients to penetrate through to the deeper layers of skin to affect the support structures for improved skin tone. Now, it doesn't sound like a good idea!
