Caroline Herrera 212 SplashDesigner Carolina Herrera has announced the launch of two new, limited-edition fragrances, one for women and one for men. Christened 212 Splash, hers has notes of litchi, grapefruit, sandalwood and musk. His contains notes of fresh mint, ginger, musk and frankincense.

Both fragrances come in soda-shaped packages.

Which might go nicely with the perfumed ice-cubes from designer Kenzo.

Kenzoki Perfumed Ice cubes

These perfumed ice-cubes for the body melt when they contact warm skin.

The ice-cube becomes fluid and releases its perfume. The sensual power of a perfume built on the fragrance of rice steam. Creamy and milky notes that envelop the body. Icebergs of pleasure made of plant water, extracted without using chemicals from the heart of the rice plant, rich in essential oils, trace elements and mineral salts (via kenzoki.com).

The perfumed cubes are packaged in boxes of 12 and cost €23 ($31 US).

Would you like a twist of lime with that?

I’m intrigued by both the 212 “soda” and the Kenzo “ice cubes” but I don’t know where to find them. I looked at the Kenzo site and didn’t see them. I should look for the Carolina Herrera site from the Basenotes directory. I guess I’m concerned that even when they’re more commonly available I won’t be able to find them in my area (more than an hour from Phoenix). Please announce if some site (like Parfum1 or fragranceemporium, etc.) starts carrying them.
By the way, love this site!

Hi Vance108,

Sometimes perfume launches announced by OsMoz.com happen in Europe before they come to the U.S. I am guessing that both of these products will eventually be available where Herrera and Kenzo parfums are typically sold, both online and in brick-and-mortar stores.

If anyone has further updates on where these items can be purchased, please let us know. Meanwhile, I’ll post any news when I receive it.

Thanks for your kind words!

Christine
